The short version: we collect your name, email, phone, and what kind of vehicle you drive so we can send you a wrap estimate and a design concept. We use that information to talk to you about your project. We don't sell it, and we don't rent it to anyone. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@thewrapprofessionals.com.
Who we are
The Wrap Professionals is a division of JCV Signs, a vehicle graphics and signage business serving Palm Beach County, Florida. This policy covers the website at thewrapprofessionals.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the estimator or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name
- Details about your vehicle and the coverage you're considering
- Anything else you choose to send us, including photos of your vehicle and your logo files
All of this is optional. If you don't want to give it to us, you can simply call instead.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — the pages you view, the approximate time of your visit, the type of device and browser you're using, and the general region you're connecting from. We use this to understand which pages work and which don't.
Tracking and advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads work, this site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that records actions like viewing this page, starting the estimator, and submitting the form.
This lets us see how many people who clicked an ad actually requested an estimate, and it may allow Meta to show you our ads again after you leave. Meta's handling of that data is governed by their own policies, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can limit this. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and Meta provides ad preference controls in your account settings. Blocking them won't stop you from using this site or getting an estimate.
How we use your information

- To follow up about your project by email, phone, or text
- To schedule and complete work you hire us for
- To measure how well our ads and this website perform
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it's necessary to run the business:
- Service providers — our web host, email provider, and advertising platforms, each of which only handles what it needs to do its job
- Subcontractors — occasionally an installer or printer working on your specific project
- Legal requirements — if we're required by law, a court order, or a valid government request
How long we keep it
If you request an estimate and don't hire us, we keep your information for about two years in case you come back, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep project records and artwork longer — typically seven years — because we may need them for warranty claims, reprints, or matching a second vehicle to your first.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email hello@thewrapprofessionals.com and we'll take care of it. There's no charge, and you don't need to give a reason.
Your artwork and files
Logos and images you send us stay yours. We use them only to design and produce your wrap. If you don't hire us, we don't use your logo for anything else. If you do hire us, we may photograph the finished vehicle and show it as an example of our work — tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
Security
This site uses an encrypted connection, and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information like payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.
Children
This is a commercial vehicle service. Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
